[V]I have just bought and registered an 85S Regatta, my first
experience with the marque!The speedo registers way below the
actual speed, any sometimes won't work at all. The tacho works
all the time but also shows way below the actual revs??

These FIATS sure do have some quirky ways, but for a 1985 car
is was ahead of its time in many ways.Please help![xx(][V]

ahhh the old regata i remember it well i assume its the 1.5?? check the connections to the coil are clean thats where it gets its supply for the rev counter also check all earth points
