what an idiot.

hopefully he won't be back for at least 12months.

I thought my mates was the shortest. he'd rebuilt (almost from scratch) his 89 corolla gti (the good ones) and within 5days! and with me shotgun, he clipped an inside bank and it rolled right over the top of the opposite hedge. left it till morning and went back with a borrowed van to pull it back upright and then drove it home :worship:
he lost his license one week later driving said van whilst speedin, er quite a lot.

One of my Dad's friends back from Uni had waited on the waiting list for a Morgan for a long, long time, he collected it, drove it home the long way to enjoy it, 3 miles in he ended up in a ditch, the car a write off, him paralysed from waist down. Never met him, but Dad tells me the story whenever I drive a new car! The poor bloke had even booked in for Morgan driving training.

The little GT car thing? I love them.

one of my mates, passed his test drove to the pub to meet his dad in the evening. parked in the car park and went in had too many to drive but the pub had to close its car park so him and his dad pushed the car onto the road to park it on the street, at the same time a policeman came past stopped and did him for DUI as he was in possession of the keys and steering (the car only moved 30yards or so)

he was banned for a year! t'was not a good day for poor old mike!
