Dash mount/Window mount for a digicam?

as title,

Over the years I've occassionally seen these displayed at all the shows, you must have all seen them?
Some of them have sticky feet which attach to the window like a PDA/stanav would.
I'd like one to use with my new video camera to film convoys to shows and what not but I have no idea what I'm looking for, plus I think they are most likely to be expensive
if anyone knows where to look can you put me in the right direction or give me some suggestions on what to do.

I tried using velcro but it didn't work

Dan

to look professional and save cash i would buy something like this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOMTOM-ONE-REP...QQcmdZViewItem
and them modify it, or the digicam, or make a bracket to connect both. should be easy, i'm sure the digicam has a threaded hole to screw a tripod in, thats what i'd use.

I'll have to have a look at that link when I get home as ebay is blocked at work

yeah, possibly modifying an existing product would be the best route to take.

Look at that too...

Tomtom One mount will probably be too weak.

i think that last one will fit without any modification, looks like its got the tripod bolt already attached. should be a direct fit
