i used to ride a bike i'd built myself. she was a bit of a mix of parts, but built round a nice trails frame that i cant for the life of me remember what it was.

now i have a pro-flex 857. which looks like it'd be really good off road, but i was used to my old frame and this feel really unstable - last time i did any proper downhilling i went over the bars about 10 times trying to keep up with my mate on his kona stinky.

I ride a hash of bikes neither are what they were originally, infact on both its just the frames are original :p

2002 giant ac team (before the early hydroforming came in and make the thing another 1" longerwheelbase), with lots of goodies, mainly hope stuff and shimano xt, with a loose dashing of race face diabolous componants.
its big, 6" of sponge, weighs circa 33lb's (so not light really), but she'll go UP, DOWN, ACROSS anything, been everywhere on it, and I'm not up for changing the frame yet (all the bits will carry onto a newer something).
thats the 'current' big bike.
pictures, mmm rather not show TBH, too many things getting stolen right now thank you very much

THE singlespeed, made up from all sorts of bits lying in my garage from bikes of past over th last 6years. the feature of coure a 1997/8 hope Ti glide wheelset which cost me nothing back in 1999/2000 (nowt wrong just they weren't disc compat) and 6/7years ON they are still rolling beautifully smoothly. more than can be said for more modern hope hubs:(
from the name you'll have maybe guessed she has ONE gear, and ONE brake :worship:
she's a HT (hard tail, so just a fork), but I enjoy this bike more than my big bike because its so simple and requires no maintance really, just hack n splash n dump in a pile when i get home.
unlike the big bike which requires hours of loving every time she goes out:(

I won't vow to ride it otherwise I won't get around to it...

But here is my only set of wheels that hasn't broken on me ;) Specialized FSR Extreme. Weighs as much as a postage stamp. Miles of plush suspension. Without a doubt the bike outperforms its owner

i used to do BMX, but after the last accident i'll stick to mountain bikeing, it's never fun when you handle bars snap and your getting a ton load of stiches in your arm because of it. watch yourself and ware a brain bucket!!!

lol ive onyl been doing it a year now, second bike in a year, broke the other, hmm ive had cracked ribs, chipped bones, i can barely touch my shins due to the pain lol (dam spikey pedals), but theres one thing with me, i keep getting back up and doing it again and again, i love adrenaline and extreme sports so to speak, same with watersports

ahh 4 years for me, i loved it but the last one was too close a call, i've sufferd nerve damage from that accident, which is very annoying for a musician. but i have found my replacement for BMXin Sky divein, you should try it. THATS a rush. so is bungie jumping, but your legs feel like jelly for about an hour afterwards. just keep it safe man, i cracked my skull bmxing because i thought wareing a brain bucket was lame. now i know better. haha.

Im into Mountain biking too more XC/ Free ride than Downhill.

I’ve got a shed full of bikes ranging from a full suspension bike to a road bike for the odd trip up town on a Saturday morning when i don’t want to leave my car at the hands of d!c K heads with trolleys and those that see it as a greeting to bang your car door with theirs whilst your sat in it,,

any how here a a few pick of my bikes..
