Im gonna try the Paul Mckenna hypnosis way as ive tried most of the other diets going.

The health issues are ive got are an under active thyroid and ive got both anemia and pernicious anemia so trying to take an "easy" way out with slim fast is out the window as is hoping to loose it fast

Sammi, have you thought of having a reduction as one of the mums at Christians school has just had one done on the NHS and she said it has made a really big difference to her confidence, she'd recommend the surgery.

I'm quite happy with my more than ample blessings

im about a 36D just now but i know when i loose weight , they will be the first to go., :bang: when im not fat, , im about a 32B/C so would have to loose weight first anyway before id want one. would wanna be 32DD

Even when i was skimpy size 12 i had 34DD boobs so am hoping they arn't gonna shrink that much, although i do prefer my 38G at the mo
