I'm working, doing a gig in Scarborough, for the Rotary Club. Should be a good night. Last time we played for them (in September), it was a huge turnout.

And the setting was gorgeous. The bandstand was right on the beach. We had the sea to our backs, and it was out of this world. New Years Eve should be magical!

It's a shame, as this year I shall be alone for the first time (ie not with anyone special).

Plus it is my baby girls 4th birthday on January 1st and her mother refuses to let her see me - her mother has turned out to be pretty nasty. The midnight gongs will not be such a pleasant time for me
