My phone keeps showing "inactive sim", been waiting on the line (house landline) to speak to customer services for the past 1hr 20mins. Still no answer. Rang via brother's phone to customer services, to cancel contract - answered within one ring. They said the "server had gone down".
Anyone else having similar probs?
