My phone keeps showing "inactive sim", been waiting on the line (house landline) to speak to customer services for the past 1hr 20mins. Still no answer. Rang via brother's phone to customer services, to cancel contract - answered within one ring. They said the "server had gone down".

Anyone else having similar probs?

I must admit I have not had any problems, so it may be a localised problem for you.

Also, don't forget the inclement weather we are having may have a part to play, hence even more reason for it to possibly be localised.
