It starts in an hour or six. Time to dust off the television and plug it in.
I hope the valves are still ok. :)

I'm also looking forward to it, even if it is annoying on ITV with the ads grrrrrrrrrrr. I have heard a bit about the technical rule changes being made this season but don't know much other than they can't change the engine in the car without incurring a major penalty in order to help less well off teams who can't afford loads of new engines in one weekend. I'd like to think this will force teams to think about their engines in terms of reliability as well as speed and it levels out the playing field a bit. Don't know much else about the rule changes so if anyone has anything to add on that I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.

Apart from that I've lost all track of who is racing for who this season so have no idea which driver/ team combo I'm going to support yet.

I think I'll get a paper tomorrow with a F1 supplement:I 'm a bit rusty after I lost interest halfway through last year's boring season.

Just started a Yahoo fantasy Grand Prix thing. Looks good. We could have a Fiat Forum group[8D]

I know it got really boring with that nasty german man winning everything. To think I used to like him too.

Those were times with Senna and the brit I can't remember. Used to play Formula1-GrandPrix (F1GP) on my supadupa 486 computer pretending to be one of them. 256 colors and stuff.

Hope there are some new drivers in the low budged teams that can give those on top a bit of a challenge. I hope for winds of change.

Morten.

abarth wheels & steering. ia lowered. pg audio. refurnish.

projects: air intake. (used) seats. exhaust-repair. legal tint.

Hey Morten, those were the days...! hehe

Being only 18 I am a little too young to be part of Senna's fanbase. However, I have played F1 GP (the original) on my old 486 too. Used to be able to beat the Monaco fatest lap (by Senna at the time) by about 12 seconds. I used to play it every morning, 8 laps before school, like exercise you see.

lol

Put schumacker (either of them) in a low budget team and they wouldnt do half as well, alot of it is the car now'days

Now written off Cinquecento Sporting,
and yes it was indeed Broom Yellow :(

Dont worry, the poppy coral lives on for another car :p

Anyone in a Ferrari could win...if they were allowed.
I think I may support Sauber this year as it has a Ferrari engine and my wife likes the pretty colours. :D

I'me kid-free tomorrow so might watch my first GP in years. I got really bored with it like Helz said when Schumacher (referred to by Clarkson as the Cheating Nazi B*****d at Autosport live) started winning everything.

Coverage starts on ITV at 1.30pm if anyone's interested. Should be up by then.:)
