hi :wave: i'm trying to burn a film i downloaded to a dvd using nero, i have chosen burn image to disc and it wont recognize the format, any other way? thanks!

just noticed its small enough to fit on a cd so ill do a video CD, would be handy to know how to put them on DVDs

Startsmart>Video>Make your own DVD Video> Add file> Burn to Disc, not image device or HDD

i can see video after open startsmart im not sure exactly which model my nero is though

.avi is a video format not an image format hence it don't work, you need nero vision or nero recode to stick it on a dvd but if you had a divx all dancing dvd player, you could save tonnes of time by just copying it the files to cd and playing them in that, cheaper discs and less time, just burn as a data disc.

Before you ask where could i get one try google, they are quite crude in design and indeed name but are great for downloaded stuff.
