hi :wave:, just got a bluetooth USB dongle and it connects to my phone but will only let me use the phone to connect to the internet, i wanted it to transfer pics does anyone have any good software or any ideas? thanks

oh the software is called bluesolel or something like that

I have never had trouble transferring the pics from ANY phone to my PC using bluetooth.

Have you paired your phone and PC correctly?

also when you send the pic to the PC.before hand rightclick on the blutooth icon in the task bar>select recieve file and it brings up a dialog box

I also have a bluetooth USB dongle that uses the bluesoleil software.
In all nokias all I have to do is try to send the file like I would to any other bluetooth device. After the phone finds the PC you just select the pc and It will ask you to pair the phone (it they aren't paired already), after the file is tranfered it will be saved in the Mydocuments\bluetooth\Inbox\ folder (or something like that.

hi, thanks for the help everyone :slayer: i'm going to have another go at it, i have paired them although not sure if i've done it correctly but i assume so, then the software had a few options along the top for picture transfer etc, but only 1 button works and that is the one for connecting to the net through your phone, if it doesnt work i'll find some better software, thanks again for the help

in just obtained some widcomm bluetooth software if you want to try that.
