I go for a walk somewhere by myself, somewhere with trees and fields. Sit on a bench and stare at the sky lol. Takes you right away. Same applies staring into the night sky at stars, never fails to make me forget everything that's wrong.

Other than that I would say a drive, that really works too, but you say you can't right now.

nooo dont drive when your mind is completely elsewhere... i did that a year or so ago and it ended me up with my immaculate wheels needing quite a bad refurb

i reversed my coupe in a wall when i went for a "drive"

Its amazing how far you can go when you go for a drive..

I've ended up in scotland before... God knows where I could end up with the range of the JTD!

I find going out with friends helps. Alcohol does for a while, then just brings you DOWN worse than you were beforehand. I avoid it lately for that reason.
