As some of you know I took delivery of my sei sportiung but couldn't drive it unitl yesterday, I was riding round alday yesterday in it and it was fine.

Used it to go to uni today and half way down the by pass the bonnet flew open, smashing into the windscreen, I stopped and got out the car, I forced it back into its correct position and limped all the way back home.

I phoned the garage up to tell them what had happened and they argued that it wasn't there fault, but it must of been cause I haven't even looked under the bonnet on it. After threating them will legal action they have finally agreed to pay for a new bonnet and windscreen.

SO go out and check your bonnet now

Sounds nasty, hope you get it fixed ok, it's not dented the roof has it?
I think this is quite a common problem on Bravos, caused by not greasing the catch that the bonnet locks into.
Hope the garage pay up.

yeah,its getting sorted, im having a new bonnet put on sometime next week and the windscreen is getting fixed tomorrow.

The garage are paying up because I believe that it is there fault, becasue the bonnet should of been properly put down.
