on that subject, a bird hit the marea and dissapeared

Although there were two rabbits in uniform seen chasing this rabbit, so perhaps he had done something wrong and was trying to evade capture?

Hares and Rabbits are all suicidal. One Hare Charged at me once... I don't know what it was trying to achieve... I almost dodged it, I was doing 40 and did brake and steer on a someone country lane (In London, You know them scary dark ones in areas with names like "Bushy" etc) I managed to go Over it but not squish it if you know what I mean, I aimed for it but with intent to cause minimal death to the furry menace...
... I don't know what happened to it, I saw it rolling in the rear view and the misses at the time was screaming so rather then go back to find it dead and break terrible news to the poor lass, I said it was alive and it ran into a bush and I continued.

Just to add to the drama I saw another road side Binki yesterday in Gravesend next to a slip road... At least there were two cars there and I am guessing the guy covering Binki up with a blanket was the driver, looked like they knew they had killed the little fella...
Wonder how many animals/birds are killed on the roads every year
I got another pigeon in the Marea when going down to view my potential next car. Hit it about 60 with the top of the windscreen.
Tally now stands at:
1x pheasant (borrowed Sedicivalvole)
2x pigeon (Tipo TD SX and Marea)
strangly no ground based animals - its always the flying critters
