Well as some may know i`ve been having clutch problems the past few months.

Had one fitted 8 ish weeks ago ( BYMinty... thank you muchly) and it died again last week. So today its been in the garage for a new one ( £165 all fitted... nice ) I got a phone call about an hour later, my clutch is fine but my gear box i knackered But need a new clutcj cos the gear box has leaked oil all over it.

So my punto is about to cost me around £600

Im gutted... a three year old car and i`ve had nothing but problems!

Time for stilo ownership arriving

Or a rich bloke to pay for repair

No im very happy with the bloke i have... and im not shallow

Their not burnt out... they keep getting oil on

I see, so when you replaced the last clutch, the problem was actually the gear box.. that's harsh... Unlucky. trade it in for something good.. like a stilo

more than unlucky.. so far this month i almost got killed by a chav, bust my lap top, bust my wrist and my phone died....is god testing me?

A stilo is to big for me i couldnt park it lol

hey sorry for just jumping in here but if the car is only 3 year old would it not be covered by the general manufacturers warranty?

cos its just over 3 years old... so out of warrenty

you could get a nice marea for £1200 have cash left over for whatever

i`d have even less chance of parking one of them!

could get a nice uno for £400 and cant complain about reliability!

Sunday I broke up with my girlfriend, then yesterday on the way home from work I bumped into another car. Now need a new bumper light and wing - Escorts are made of pape mache it would seem

If you have always serviced the car by fiat try getting in touch with them, and ask them to cover part/all the costs (worked for our neighbours punto when its head gasket went (car was 4 years old)).

Going to pick it up in a few hours.

She`s all fixed, £562 ( which is less than they said, but it maybe cover under my extended warrenty, if it isnt the garage said i should contact fiat as it shouldn`t need replacing so soon)
