...my cooking

well, about 2:30 hours ago i put a potato in the microwave as i wanted a...err....one of them things thats a potato cut in half with cheese in it.

anyway, i forgot about it and just went to look at it, i found a shivvled up potato in the microwave, Oops!

i thought, "nevermind, still use it" so stuck the microwave on for another 3 minutes, and prepared some cheese, took the potato out, cut it and added cheese and put it back in for a bit, in the mean time i went to get a drink forgetting about the potato, then suddenly noticed it, Oops again!

so heres my snack :yum:

pmsl! nice, thats as bad as me when i come down in the mornings and find some charcol toast i forgot about the day before

you should see what i serve at work when i go in hungover

You do realise had you put it in the oven 2 1/2 hours ago and left it you would now have a very tasty, crispy jacket potato?

how is it a disaster? you cook jacket potatos in a microwave they always come out crap.

Excellent presentation , Very colour co-ordinated with the plate. Im quite sure that if you put a thin swirl of brown sauce around the spud and streak it with a cocktail stick some nob down chelsea would charge a fortune for it . Perhaps it would have a title like "La pomme de terre dans a la creme fromage et bruin sate":slayer:

Start the spud off in the microwave, then coat with salt, pepper and olive oil. Finish it off in the oven...

Right proper tasty that!!!
