Fitted a new battery to the daughters car last night, and forgot about the radio :bang: Of course now it wants a code entering I haven't got. Anyone now of any sites/links i can use? Its a clarion unit fitted in a Peugeot thanks..

If stu doesnt find anything. On fords they write the code on top of the unit, maybe they do at peugeot so might be worth taking the unit and having a look.

Failing that and stu, you will ave to take it to peugeot who will sort you the code out for about a tenner

dont suppose the old trick of sticking it in the freezer overnight still works these days :p

my latest red brick, the radio hasn't had a code for the last two owners (8years) and I said I'd see what I could do,

Looked thru the service book and under where it says 'My Radio Code' on the delivary receipt there it was worked straight off adn its not actually a bad radio.

So look thru your service history, delivary receipt/dealer pack or just for a random 4 digit number scrolled down

Opened the Clarion "1" file, then the Clarion calculator, you enter the last four digits of the units serial number, which were 1010, press calculate, hey presto up pops your code,(2244)....... pure magic :D
