Dear Beverly Monk,

We have been contacted by the buyer David Potts and I can confirm it
form his PayPal account that on Jan, 6, 2006 you have been paid twice
for the same transaction. Could you please refund one payment that has
been sent to you £23.03 GBP.

PayPal's 'Refund Payment' link allows the recipient to refund a payment
within the first 60 days of receiving the payment. All fees from the
original transaction will be refunded. Refunds are paid in the currency
of the original payment. The fees refunded will depend on the amount of
the refund. The percentage of fees refunded will match the percentage
of
the original transaction refunded.

To send a Refund:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.co.uk/ by
entering your email address and password in the Member Login box

2. Click on the History tab

3. Locate the transaction to be refunded and click 'Detales'. Only
payments with a status of completed, pending, uncleared or cleared can
be refunded

4. Click the 'Refund Payment' link at the bottom of the page

5. Make a refund offer and click 'Submit' on the Refund Offer page

6. Confirm the details of the refund offer and click 'Process
Refund' to transfer funds to the byer

Once the refund has been completed, it will post as a separate
transaction and can be viewed in the Recent Activite or History
transaction log

The 'Refund Payment' link is only available for 60 days after the
payment was sent. The funds can still be returned using the Send Money
feature, however fees from the original payment will not be reimbursed.

The 'Refund Payment' feature is free and is available to all recipients
of a payment.

A partial refund cannot be issued on a transaction involving the use of
a coupon. In this case, only the amount paid less the coupon amount
will
be returned to the sender.
