Wiper blades

Having just changed colour of car I've decided silver wiper blades (like I had on before and just bought some shiny new ones) now look awful on it so I've refitted black Fiat ones for now. But I had kind of got used to the mini-spoilers to hold them down and general chunky look of the silver ones. So I'm looking for a similar thing in black if possible, but all the black ones are plain, wimpy little things like the Fiat version. Has anyone seen any black, chunky wiper blades with mini-spoilers on?

Yes I have there is a guy at our bootsale here in cardiff sells new ones with or without them if u have trouble getting them i will have a look if u wish

yeah bosch make ones with spoiler on em. as well as ones with out.

Vauxhall supply the spoilers in black as clip on items, thay aren't to spensive either.

What screen wash do you use with them ones Aaron? I was going to get a set, chris and viv have them on their cars - but I found out you're suppose to use certain types of screen wash as well. I use a mix of screenwash, and rainx in there as well.

My windscreen is traeted with RainX, and I just use RainX screen wash, I'm sure that the instructions with eth wipers would inform of what types of screenwash to use, its been a while since I read it.

They are great wipers.

I bought some Bosch Super Plus (available with or without spoiler) from www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk.

They're much cheaper than Halfords and delivery is free. I ordered on the weekend and had them on the Thursday I think. And they're great wipers as well.

There is a similarly good value wiper blades site here. Delivery costs money but the wipers are slightly cheaper, so it more or less evens out but you will probably get your wipers sooner.
