i broke a bone in my hand at a party, at the weekend n now i cant drive because i cant grip the wheel and i dont think you are legaly allowed to drive anyway with a cast on are you?

My cast came off today :slayer:
Been on since 12th December, and it feels so strange - wrist is weak, and I can't bend my little finger much; need to see physio now.
As for driving - no, you can't legally do it, may also invalidate your insurance as well *cough*

Remember to do the exercises, as i didnt and my hand felt crap for ages, and i had to buy some hand grips.

the hospital should have given you a sheet with a list of exercises on it.
I never had treatment on my hands after knocks, and they work fine- albeit look a bit different!

I went down to the gym earlier on, gave it some hydrotherapy
that sheet of paper shows you the stretches that you should be doing, if i was you i would ring them up and ask if they have any left.

I can remember the 3 different exercises, don't need a sheet - but I may go a-hunting on the 'net for some more info....
