Hi all. my sister is currently on PAYG and is spending a small fortune on top ups, so i was wondering if anybody knows of a good contract package on Orange for her. she wants to spent a maximum of £20 per month on line rental, and would like a good amount of free minutes. a free phone would be good also

I wouldn't use virgin or three since when their parent networks get busy they simply cut you off. Orange still the best for reception in scotland and the lake district where I often go so done. The future is bright.
