With a Fiats, Soon after new year, the GT is up for sale, and im buying somthing more sesnsible.

Decided to part from fiats, as there is nothing they offer to suit.

Over the past 1.5years of my vast driving experiance, Ive owned 3 fiats and a ford. Only one that gave me no **** was a 93 ford, typical.

Anyhoo time is close, and im sure you'll see my ad for the GT plastered everywhere, I'll miss the old dear of the GT. But somthing have to give don't they.

If your interested in buying a GT, DO IT, when the run, they are the best cars, when they don't, they aint.

Ah well, at least you've had the experience of owning a GT which most people who'd want to haven't, so I guess you have to move on at sometime. What are you considering as a replacement?

BullDog5046, She has cost me £750 in 3 months

First month Fuel tank pipe split £120 second hand tank £40 fitting.

Second month - Rear Radius Arms replaced both sides £160 - New Oil Sump and gasget - £112

Third Month - New Exhuast Down Pipe, new ABS Sensor, New master brake cylinder + servo assembley ( for this you had to take out the engine off mounts and mvoe it forwards ( LOTS of labour ) )

Thats it, spent £750 if not more on her, its just going to seeeeeep me of money, time to pack up and go

The Trooper - not really got any ideas yet, i've got a buget of £4k to work on, and am going for a trip to car craft, to see whats available and what I like / can fit in etc. Once I know then I can go looking for a good one from there, Going to try get hold of the car privatley, and then take an AA dude with me to check it over etc etc. Will keep you posted, but its going to be around Febuary, when I try and sell her, God Bless Her Soul hey ?

Sorry to hear that your selling the GT the trouble is as any car gets older they do need more thing doing but even younger cars get problems its a machine[wear and tear]youve replaced quite a lot and somebody else is going to benefit how about a stilo 5 dr nice and practical
