just ordered my first ever non fiat group car

Fiat 500 sold

Fiat Cinq killed

Fiat Cinq no.2 err killed again!

Lancia beta coupe rotted away!! (dont do it folks!)

Lancia Integrale in the garage till they stop with the grit!!

Ferrari 360 went with the wife

but since the 360 has gone I thought Id have to get another day to day car so took the plunge and have just ordered this

My very first TVR and its in that colour too 400bhp from a straight six think I should of took some tissues when I went to Blackpool!! only thing that still has to grow on me (apart from the stupid ignition sequence) is the lump on the roof so you can wear a lid and not have to squat down, but think that will prove handy very soon. How far is it to The Ring!

lol dont get me wrong im no silver spooner mate half the reason why the wife left I work too dam hard!! and you get a lot more for your money than you do with a Ferrari they hold there price 10 times better

I dunno whether this is the case these days... but i know TVR used to have a lot of "new part" problems... where you'd have breakdowns and stuff, cos of the substandard norm gear, but when each part breaks, you replace it with quality, and after a year of breakdowns, it lasts for the rest of your life....

oh it sure is but there getting better! handy hint for buying a british sportscar, always buy second hand!! then most problems have been sorted, my mate has just got a brand new Nobel (mug lol!!) and 90% of the milage so far has been back to the factory! Lol

hehe.. that I can believe.

They went througha rough patch not so long ago did TVR, but they reckon to have sorted themselves out now... I hope you like it, one of the cars on my dream car list is a cerbera (of course I wouldn't turn down a Chimera either)

How far is it to The Ring!

Not that far! Leave after Friday lunchtime, get an evening ferry, get there for late. Stay at the Ringhaus, get up in the morning, drive half a mile to the track. Have fun! Leave Sunday afternoon, get back early Monday morning, few hours sleep, then back to work!
