:yeahthat: @ Chaos

I have been a moderator for about a year now, i had no idea what kind of work that goes on in the background until I became one.

Its not easy making descisions, sometimes what could be the simplest and obvious course of action to take, i will get some feedback from the other mods to make sure i am making the right desiciion.

Before I was a supermod and been on early hours, when something has happened on the forum and I have phoned Pete up at gone 2am for him to act.

The mods have each others numbers so if anything urgernt kicks off we can deal with it.

So those that think we don't do a good enough job, I am sorry but we do our best, that includes getting up at whatever hour to deal with an urgent matter.

Very well put together, Chaos :)

Being a moderator is an interesting position to hold, but something I do relish - challenging, oh yes. When this thread started yesterday, I was in Homebase ;) - but I still got texts and calls, from Mods and non-mods, to get onto the forum asap.

i hope this thread has opened a few eyes.we have all learnt a thing or three.we all have responsibilities to heed.but remember, things have been said because people have seen certain things said and done.because ben or anybody else says they dont or have never thought have excisted, does not mean its not true.lets please carry on know as best as possible.i hope the penny has dropped.:)
