If anyone is undecided about going to the Xmas bash in Birmingham on 10th Dec due to being unsure whether they can get a room or not, I have a space available for a very reasonable price

i wouldnt trust me lol

trust is a fickle thing.i can share but boy do i fart.real smelly ones.must be all the garlic and spices i eat.trust me,its around the nine mark on the smelly scale so singles for me or a cork when in ladies company.

I STILL havent heard back from the hotel as to whether i can have another two rooms. I'll phone them again later and see what they say. Surely it cant be that hard to know if they have two rooms free

have you booked direct with the hotel or used an online discount compamy?

i've booked it with activehotels.com but they only get allocated a certain amount of rooms (or something like that) and they dont have any of the type of rooms i want left.

So i rang the hotel to ask if i could have two more rooms, they said they'd have to get back to me

This was on Thursday.

The thing is, i havent actually paid for the rooms yet, because i booked them so far in advance. If everyone does this surely they must get loads of cancellations just before the payment is taken?

yes i would of thought so.try another discount online company.

None of them are cheap enough...
Cheapest i can find is £70 each i'd want the whole hotel for that

if i read right somewhere,the hotel rooms go online about 28 days before date and are discounted down towards the date.this only happens if they need to shift rooms.supply and demand iam afraid.keep trying.

Right now i have another space

So if anyone wants to come, let me know. Or I'm going to be seriously out of pocket just for helping people out
