I ordered some stuff from a company about 4 weeks ago now and I have not received it although the money was taken out of the bank as soon as the order went through.
It's only a small amount but that's not the point.

I have sent the 6 emails and phoned them 4 times and not heard back as the customer services were too busy to answer calls and they have not had the respect to call me back after leaving messages.

What's the next step in this situation guys ?

If you paid by credit card, phone them and dispute the amoutn explaining what has happened.

They will contact the merchant on your behalf and at the same time freeze the amount on your credit card so that you don't have to pay for it. I have had this a couple of times and it always works as you either get your product or your money back.
