This week ive passed my test, nearly died in the motorway cos of a punched tyre, and now, a 4x4 hits me in the front and wrecs my bumper and lights, and runs off... doomed i tell u, doomed!

oh not had much luck have you (apart from your test) maybe nex week will be better

Hope you got the creep's number. Last car to hit me got followed all the way back to his house and onto his drive. Turned out to be an old italian guy and everything was sorted - over a glass of lemon liquer

check the gap where wing meets door, make sure its not worse, is bonnet ok?
are the light brackets ok? if so i have some just glass you can fit to them

if there no gap it be a bit buggered

Ok well, the gap seems fine and for all i could see which was not much since it was foggy the bodywork seems fine, also cos of that i didnt get the reg number, the damage is in the front left headlights which the screw socket has basically splitted in two, both of em, and the indicator is tottally smashed to bits, so im going to go the scrappies see if im lucky, and yes, hopefully next week will be better :/ one to tell to future generations i guess...

dont get ripped at scrappy, headlights £25 new on ebay, clear smoked indicators not much either, i am up to my neck in orange indicators if you wanted them

Maybe you should wear brighter clothing Your cars not black is it if so stick a florescent jacket on it

That's my car, i didn't take any picks of the damage, about the scrappies, no worries i got my clear indicators, front and side, all 4 for a tenner, so they are quite good, and the owner is a friendly guy so yeah.

Bad luck. Look on the bright side, things can only get better.

congratulations on your test.

i hope your luck improves next week. It was quite a while since i tried my look at motorway driving so your doing better than me. Just take your time pal, you'll do fine. Just don't be to confident, motorways can be a very scary place to drive on.

And as for the 4*4 i bet it was a mam on a school run. I hate em like i hate BMW's. I actually let a BMW out today, i was like what you let him for.

it was all foggy here this morning, a bmw goes past me with no lights on at all did my nut in they have fogs on when its not foggy but no lights when it is :nutter:
