Every day I hear people complaining about the decline of society, Chavs, thieves and assorted miscreants are roaming unchecked through the country!

Why has this happened?

Simple, blokes nowadays have not got enough facial hair!

Look at the movers and shakers in history!

Einstein: Tache

George Bernard Shaw: Beard

Stalin: Tache

John Lennon: Beard

Abraham Lincon: Beard

Lenin: Beard

Jesus: Beard

Now, since facial hair has been deemed unacceptable by society, morality, decency and respect have been in decline, this is not a coincidence!

I propose to make facial hair for blokes the norm once again, where a man can have a tache and not be thought as either a police officer or gay, where a thick beard commands respect, not 10p towards a can of special brew.

Join me, and make this country great again! (and keep Beckham off those irritating Gillette ads!):)

Funny you should post this...

A new chap started at my work today and he has a goatee beard. I have a full beard. Generally when two men with beards meet for the first time some comments are passed in mutual appreciation of each others hairy splendour. We agreed that each others beards were indeed splendid and also agreed never to fully trust a man with no facial hair. :)

What I didn't tell him is that since I've grown a full beard I consider goatee beards to be the thin end of the wedge. Having said that it's infinitley preferable to a smooth, unbearded face. :)

Goatee's are indeed a fashion thing, especially those silly craig david thingies, if you are going to have a beard at least make it a good one!

I think there's something a bit "wrong" with a bloke who is clean shaven!

Here's a quote from the site;

I grew my beard because, after leaving the corporate grind, I took the opportunity to grow a symbol of enduring freedom and individuality. I see it as a man's right to grow facial hair, and his duty to groom it to the best of his abilities.

I feel it commands respect, as an achievement and in terms of exercising personal choice. It is a great feeling to stroke it wistfully.

Im never clean shaven, never, ever, ever.

The shortest it goes is a Philishave beard trimmer level 3 :p

ive got a jawy beard and im not a chav :D

beardy people are generaly much nicer and trustworthy people :p designer stubble is acceptable.. its like a mini beard :D

i dont think its unacceptable atall! load of people have facial hair.. its just stupid things like french curly moustashes and huge full beards that collect food and insects and things that people dont like.

sencible groomed facial hair is far better than none atall :D

Those at Skeg would have seen my Amish styleé faux beard.

I got rid of it for the suit thing on the sat. night...as I look much better in a suit if clean shaven. :)

When we were going into 4th form in school, one of the blokes in my class came in for the first day of school with a magnificent beard, the teachers made him shave it off.:(

I don't remember it.
I tend to have a shave about once every two weeks or so. After that, it starts to get a bit itchy I find. And I can't grow a proper beard (I don't think so anyway). I used to shave more frequently 'til a certain person kept telling me not to...

That, my friend is illegal!

I'm sure they allow Sikhs/Muslims to have facial hair, so to prohibit anyone else is discrimatory!
