The little Panda made it there and back last weekend :)

I've put a few piccies up on the relevant part of my website but the site is still being developed [8)]

Clocked up 1766 miles from late Thursday night to very early Sunday morning [xx(]

I'll skip that question! ;)

I'm pleased to say that she made it without any problems. Oil, water, tyre pressures, brake fluid and battery level is exactly how it was before I set out. And she's 11 years, 8 months old, with 83K on the clock.

All I had was a little pinking in the Highlands, which is to be expected really, considering the air and fuel mixture was set-up for running around Cornwall at sea-level.

I've just been looking at your website and see the Panda has been to Norway as way. It's certainly well travelled. [8D]<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">

Thank-you :). I'm currently updating my website, and it's a slow process.

Much like driving the Panda really ;)

My little 903cc 'Dance' gets me from the West Midlands to South Cornwall quite happily. And back again! In total, I've done that 265 mile trip, five times now since last October. But I hold her at 50-56mph on the motorway, and achieved 57.8 mpg last Friday , so as long as you don't rush it, I'm sure it will be fine.

Working on 76pp Litre, average.. 1766miles 57.9 mpg about £105

Most of us with heavy feet would need over £150.

BTW, Paul, how's the student loan holding up this year ;)
