Does anybody know if this place still exists?

They didn't answer my email and don't want to call a number I have for them if they don't exist - I am guessing they either have finished or don't have the product I want, but still, a nice reply wouldn't have gone amiss.

Why not just ring the number?

Because I think I emailed them a year ago (not sure) and last week, I am now much more confident on the phone but the question is very specific and they will relate it back to the emails and say "you ****ing idiot we didn't ****ing reply to your ****ing emails because we ****ing don't have what you ****ing want, ****"

Get dave to phone them up, on your behalf

if they dont have what you want, common courtesy would mean an email back along the lines of "sorry not us" etc etc....you should be the one het up at the lack of service!

she says she went down that road but didnt see it, but if irs not obvious she wouldnt
