why abarth german

went to research garage in nuneaton today, picked up my side skirts, (even though parts dept was shut ) But on the box it says made in germany they are proppa fiat ones!

But to be fair those two are the exception not the rule, most Fiats including all the stilos and puntos are made in Italy. I guess they just make various bits all over the place, Ford make all their cars abroad now but the diesel engines and loads of other bits are still made in the UK.

Don't Zender <sp?> make them ie that's why they're German? They made my cinq abarth kit!

They do make the official Abarth bits there.Thats how I imported my Abarth bits for my car there for about half the price you pay in the UK.

Mine were off a German bloke who had bought them for his car, then got rid of his car so had bits left over. At the price he sold them to me, he made a small profit and he said he got them from a dealer

All Centos were built in Poland. The new Pandas are built in that factory too.
