i bought a 20 bhp mod thing from ebay, yes i know there total crap and i will not be fitting it but what feedback shall i leave?? negative? or positive, for the 5p resistor crapo thing that buggers up your engine??

and if negative give me an example of what to leave (y)

exactly, the product is sold as seen and you were aware of the crap so you shouldnt have bought it. If they were good in the sense it arrived ok, quickly and well packaged etc then give them credit for it. if crap then say crap. You cant bad rep them for a product that is what it says, even if they are a load of crap

say something like "This item is cack, it's a 5p resistor which you can buy from maplin (product code: blah)"

Where Blah is, get the catalogue code from www.maplin.co.uk, i don't know what the code is or the resistor type without seeing it myself, so you'll have to use best guess.

When people see the feedback, they'll go to maplin instead :)

Or, say you fitted it, it slowed your car down, sent your fuel consumption through the roof, and made the ECU warning light come on. Oh, and also add that it failed the MoT on emissions and needs a new catalytic convertor.

That should p*ss them off and deter a few potential customers ;)

I don't get it. Why did you buy one again?

I can't see any reason for giving positive feedback - if you leave negative at least hopefully it will stop some others being conned. The link to the thread about it is a great idea.
