Just to find out if Tesco's mega profits are reflected in the number of people who shop there, a simple survey.

Nope, it's too expensive for me and too far away. I'm an Asda girl, but I also get a lot of fresh food from the small town shops near where I work

Got a Sainsbury's within walking distance of my house, so I shop there. I also technically shop at Co-op too, as I have an AM-PM just up the road, so buy my milk, bread, electricity and gas there.
Wouldn't shop at Tesco, they employ some dodgy looking night staff...

Sorry, but I think it's fair enough to count them as one nowadays...

I've got a Tesco's Sainsbury's and Asda all equidistant (oo long word!) from me, and I always go to tesco. The petrol is almost always cheaper by 1p over both, and for me the shop is better too. The other two always seem to suffer from running out of stuff a lot. All of this is just our local ones though I think it varies a lot.

Plus both Sainsbury and Asda's jam donuts are rubbish!

Tesco all the way. The one near me is massive, sells just about everything, its dirt cheap, its good stuff and the car park is fappin' HUGE - so no arsing about looking for a space!

Co-op and Somerfield are the worst supermarkets ever. Everything they sell is crap and grossly overpriced.

depends which part of town im in when i remeber i need to shop. tesco or asda

Asda only, can't afford the other stores unless only the odd single item.

How in the world tesco have such a huge turn over I will never know.

I only shop at Tesco, they are just as cheap as ASDA and thier food tastes better and at least they are British, not American!
