If you have the same Google account setup on multiple devices you can download the apps to all of them, I can to my HTC Desire and HP Touchpad at the same time anyway.

Changing your name:
Login to Gmail
Click your name at the top of the screen, select account settings
Click edit profile next to your picture
Click on your name to change it

Very impressed with HSBC fraud department though. I'd not used my card to buy via the market for a while. I tried to buy an app, it was declined. Before I had chance to check my details were correct, the phone rang. They'd flagged it, put a stop on the card and called me to check it was all legit; over 10p!!

One of mine was stopped once when I had something from Steam that was <£1, they haven't bothered at all this time. I imagine stolen card numbers are 'tested' with small purchases on Android/Steam/iTunes (Windows phone store?... lol) as a lot of people just pay up every month without checking and wouldn't see the extra tiny amount.
