It's actually quite sad to watch them struggle with every day life, and it's even sadder to think they might not be around for much longer because of this. Being overweight has massive implications as you get older, and it's quite selfish if you have family to not consider the pain you might put them through sooner rather than later.

It's so easy, go for a walk!

I used to be 6ft 8 with a 32 inch waist when I was a few years younger, metabolism slows down and you get fat lol
