I was going to get some for my foglights to see what they're like but not sure I'd want to use them for headlights

wouldnt they bring the bulb light up on the dash ? thought someone said you cant have led's as the light on the dash comes on

bulb warning dont work for headlights, fiat asumed we would notice if it suddenly went dark on 1 side of the road

Also that'd only be on your posh modern cars, 'Cento's don't warn you of trifling issues like that - only when your coolant is evaporating out of header tank do you even get an overheat light come on lol

For How little they cost - worth a punt surly?

My question is tho - so cheap? I know its china
But wont that affect the light pattern / Quantity of light?

are they road legal?

if they give better light output i might give them a try can always change back come MOT time just in case

EDIT: also may as well ask hear, are LED sidelight road legal as well?

I passed my MOT with SMD LED's in so I'm assuming so.

Led sidelights - i belive yes are okay

its only when you get errors on dash - the mot might get funny

If anyone pointed them at you then you'd think their headlights were broken..

Normal H7 bulb; H7 (55 W @ 12.0 V, 1500 lm ±10% @ 13.2 V
LED H7 bulb; 400 lm

Less than a third of the light output, nice.
