How do I edit a thread title?

I've looked through the Forum FAQ's and used the search function but can't find out how to change the title of a thread I have started. I know its simple but how is it done?

You can only edit if a mod of that section, or possibly within a few minutes after you post it in another section (I believe it times out - unsure of time scale).

What thread is it?

If it is one you have done - go to thread, click on Thread Tools then Edit Thread option

It's my Members Motor thread. Just wanted to change it to a project thread.
