Hmmm, after thinking long and hard I have not gone for the restoration project, but i think this is just as challenging if not more so, we'll see something a bit different with this one guys i don't doubt that ;)

Same rules as always, you have untill midnight Friday 11th to submit your final entry, well i spose it will be Saturday morning when I collect the final images ready for voting.. So good luck to all...and most importantly, Have fun.

P.S. Being the host for this week, am i allowed to enter this one ?

 ... This should be fun :D

...now wheres the mustang ;) :p

i have nothing against you entering, usually the host won't ..incase they have done this car already before posting.

well i haven't done anything at all to the car yet, but the reason i want to is obvious...its gonna be a good challenge...

So what i'll do is Mod the car and post the image up, but i wont enter it into the poll if thats ok ?
Just don't wanna miss out doing this one :)

lol...i think there will be some ideas the same but i doubt the finished projects will be similar.. There's soooo many different ways to aproach this one, can't wait to see what you lot come up with.

True enough, how many possible interpretations of hotrod are there. I think the time consuming part, other than all of it, is going to be the paintwork, you can't do hotrod without the paint job.

Not promising, it's taken me until now, just to mask off the background, bloody stupid shaped thing. Usually I would just create the mask using like colours, but KoArAnG cunningly chose a white car on an almost white background, so it wouldn't work.

I may be wrong, it's certain from the 30-40s era I think and it looks like the pictures I have seen, although his was obviously black at the time and had two spare wheels (one each side).

Yes, I am definitely happy the car is alive and he is dead!

Very true, I don't why I bothered to paint the rest of the blokes face and arm in after removing the bits covering them, the chances are he won't be in the final version anyway.
