I've got some fresh fish a few days ago, chucked it in the freezer to have later...but no idea what to do with it! I normally poach it in milk., but want something different this time.

Whats the best thing to do? How long do I need to defrost it for?

it be dead now, flush it down the bog, they dont live in freezers

I am sure custard will give you a few ideas

Grill it or bake it with a little butter while cooking some potatoes - make into mash and add a little dill. Break the cooked fish up and mix it in with the mash, put the mix into a casserole dish, top with cheese and grill until golden

Does anyone have any ideas for quick things to make as well? Found three pieces in the freezer, going to make a fish pie next week, but would like some other ideas...healthier the better!
