1997 mk1 punto 55s. 50,498 miles, spoiler & alloys fitted at manufacture
In almost perfect working order. Needs regular attention to a failed Head Gasket. coolent is needing to be replaced, timing belt needs changing, needs service, rear brakes, front suspension.
Nothing is bad, just little issues with each, the HG leak is so small it's arguable as to weather or not it's gone. - i'm playin it safe by assuming it has.
Car's value is currently £700-£800 (my definition of value is what people are willing to pay for it after seeing/testing it)
The car is currently doing 64.3mpg regually
Looks like new, i've put the most mileage on the car as an owner than any of the previous owners.
Having looked around i cannot see any car is as good a condition as mine, nor as attractive as mine
The parts for the repairs/service comes to around £480. after which the car should be good for AT LEAST 2 years, possibly 5.
However, this car is 13 nearly 14 years old with a small amount of rust starting to form, out of plain view.
Being 18 (male), any car i drive will have to be less than a 1.2L car, otherwise i can't afford the insurance.
