Just got myself A Sony Ericsson Xperia x10.
Can anyone recomend some good Android Apps?

What do you want to do? Some of my favourite apps.

Games:- Frozen Bubble (awesome game ported from Linux - heh)
Robo Defense
Gem Miner

Work & Navigation:- Wifi Analyser
Navigon
Google Nav
Astro File Manager

Yahoo mail have a neat app now

I love Bubble - it's an awesome spirit level

I also like GPS Status when I am out in the mountains it's been very accurate so far

games:
Air control... fun game where you draw paths to land planes
Blow up... blow up buildings. need to get them below a line to win.
coloroid... simple game where you need to make the screen one colour.
Gem miner... name says it all
moron test... funny random test game
Fruit ninja... cut flying fruit.

Apps:
eBay... great app.even shows a notification and sound when you have a watched item ending or get outbid.
Google Goggles... take photo of logos,buildings,cars and it will (sometimes) google search it for you.
Google sky map... point at the sky and it uses the built in compass to show the exact sky thru the phone with all the stars,comets,planets named... works brilliant!
instant heart rate... uses the phones camera or show your exact heart rate... very accurate to!
Metal detector... random little gadget that actually works!
Multitask manager... great for multitasking.
Quickpedia... wikipedia for android. much much faster then using the browser.
Ringdroid... app for cropping and editing sound files and set them as phone tones.
skobbler... FREE satnav. works very well! better then googles software at the moment.
SMS backup... obvious
