I hadn't watched this for a while but had to so that I could be reminded of one of the best short car films of all time. The back drops are breath taking as is Ari's driving which is on the edge literally!

Anyways, for those who haven't seen it before, watch it as it's truly amazing, and to think it was just a publicity stunt by Peugeot to show they had the best rally car in the world & take the record away from Audi who set it the previous year. For those like me who had seen it before, watch it again for all the above reasons!

Yes, I think it may have been the car that eventually beat Ari's time, tho that's more a guess than fact. I'm hopeing that GT4 (out next month woo hoo at last) has the Pikes Peak course in it just like GT2 did so I can pretend to be Ari!

There was a great article in EVO mag a few months back where they took some big 4*4 up it, think it was the Porsche Cayenne (spelling?) it's a breath taking place tho it may be no longer the dirt track that you see in the vid as its a proper road & as is the way these days its getting Armco and tarmac but this is being hotly contested by car clubs in the US. :bang:

Don't know maybe, is that the one with a guy in a 911 where he absolutely storms round the 'Ring in a very impressive way!

Just watched the one from this site in the Scooby Doo following the M5, not bad.
