Hi all

Just had the most amazing sunset here - beautiful colours of red and purple. Best I have seen ever I would say. Wish I had my SLR :( Tried on my camera phone and if any good will post here. Although if you are to the west of London, keep an eye out the window!

Sad I know, but it was simply amazing.

Saw that here as well. We seem to get them every so often and at this time of year too, I think it's to do with clear skies and the cold. Here's a pic of one I took back in January 2008.

Not necessarily. I am sure it made a few people look out the window :D

I will shove my phone onto the laptop later and move the images. Just at work at the moment and thought people might want to know about it, while it was there. Still wish I had my SLR, but it's at home and I am not :cry:
 
It was the best sunset Ive ever seen, I like sunsets but they never really make me go WOW, this one did. So so close to stopping the car on the way home from work. It was pure red and it was all around even on the opposite side of the sky. Awsome (y)
 
As suspected, my camera phone did a crap job :( But here they are anyway - shame it didn't capture the true redness as it was, and I'll say it again, stunning :D
