How can I get Ebayer's to leave me feedback after I've bought from/sold to?

Having trouble with a few not leaving feedback.

I sometimes forget, sometimes feel owe neg/neut but don't give any instead to avoid getting neg myself in "retalliation".

Yep, had this happen a few times to me - a polite email off the eBay system tends to work.

However, someone did get shirty about this once, and even though they left positive in the end, the comment was a bit flippant.

i was selling some firesurrounds/accessories a few weeks ago, and i got misquoted on the delivery cost...well, more my fault for underestimating the weight, as soon as i realised parcel force wouldnt courier the item, i emailed the buyer to inform her, and said that i would arrange alternative delivery as soon as possible, in the meantime, a number of other items had sold all in in the south area.. so it was decided that my stepdad and myself would drive to all the places and hand deliver, so that everyone would get them in time for xmas.. so around 2 weeks after initial prurchasing the fireback, the buyer got her item.. ans she had the cheek to leave feedback stating:
lovely people if a bit laidback about delivery but all worked out in the end

lol, her choice of comment was bad! I mean you weren't laid back just delayed. I myself would be pissed off slightly if I wanted it much quicker but I would hardly moan if somebody came 300 miles to sort it out like that.

I hate it when you're looking forward to something (I get very excited too easily lol) and it doesn't come for ages.

Liam, most people won't give you trouble, most people (like me) are just lazy.

but it was only 2 weeks.. if she'd had ordered this from a shop its anything upto 8 weeks delivery

At least she said "lovely people" - i've never had anything that nice lol
