There are convertible mk1 puntos out and about, they are rare tho.

Never since a convert. punto mk1 before must definitely never seen a mk2 cause they didnt make them

I think it was just a 1 off concept to see what the mk2 would look like in a convert. probably would have built it if there was enough interest, cause they did make a mk1 convert.

apprently the top bods said it would never sell as it was a hard top convertable

then they brought out the 206 cc and blew the market away

Its a bit.........feminine

Back end looks like an old Megane saloon type thing, the rear looks odd to me.

The top pic reminds me of that silly scooter that has a roof lol

It looks stupid! Would never have sold in the UK market although would have done ok in some of mainland Europe IMO. I like Pete saw Megane at the back.

i dont like it - look really weird and the roof looks like its needs finishing off

The roof is all wrong, the punto is a fairly angular car with fairly sharp lines and a lack of curves, the roof is like a bubble and it destroys that lol

Hood down it looks ok though I guess although of course it would generally have been for the ladies...
