i so wanted to get stuck to my chair, but i didnt. i even watched it on a HD tv. twice. Dissapointing lol

All it was as far as I could see was one subliminal picture and then some white swirly stuff. I remain firmly unstuck.

i watched it on channel 4+1 also, and the subliminal pic was a drawing of a man sat on a chair by the looks of it.

i really hope there's a point to these shows as that's now 2 hours i've wasted.....

Well that's 8 of us now that felt nothing. Assuming we are a random sample, the probability of that happening, based on Derren's claim of 20% success is 17%. So there's an 83% chance that he's talking utter twaddle.

It appeared that before the short film came on, I was sat up close to my TV and began to feel a weird feeling in my body but when the actualy 1 min clip came on I felt nothing.

Well Dan, that now makes an 87% chance that it was utter twaddle.

I'm a natural cynic, and I didn't get stuck to the chair, but I did feel a bit heavy after.

Perhaps it was just relaxation therapy.

I couldn't help thinking there was a feint image behind the swirling lines. Imagine that the white is opaque, and the grey slightly transparent and there's something behind. Freeze-framing doesn't help, as you need the movement to see what's behind. If I get some free time I might try some image processing on multiple frames to see if there's anything there.

I thought the subliminal was too obvious, and was probably there to throw you. It was only one frame long, but was white while the studio was dark. If you wanted it to be subliminal it would be a similar shade, not like a camera flash.

i think it was along the lines of the UV thing he did at the begining.

I openly admit I was stuck to the chair during the show and had great difficulty leaving it, but I must add I was sat in the local and had imbibed several pints of Theakstons best at the time. However the mysterious "sticky chair" effect did wear off several minutes later........ around about the time I decided I was in need of a slash and a packet of pork scratchings.
