Poggy, I know about this as a "disclaimer" doesn't actually have a legal standing, you can't say "the site can't be held responsible for what is on there" because you are. I know somebody who got caught out by that.

Well, I don't really know what the crack is with Nicko, but I hope it works out for him, no one deserves to be stalked by a bunch of nutter, not just for speaking out against them on an internet forum.

Anyway, my post is a little OT, but I hope someone on here can shed some light.

I am unable to get on Barryboys to have a look, because I am directed to a page which says I have been banned:

Now, I'm not gonna cry over this, but I really can't understand how they are able to do this, I even asked there admin (when I got some spam from them I replied to the email) and they claim I'm not banned.

I have deleted my cookies, cleared my history etc, etc, and even adjust my security settings, nothing works.

I just don't understand how this works?

Just realised you can make out my reg plate in my sig, I better alter this in photoshop before I find stagboy in my house sniffing my underpants

Their site is all about humour, admittedly their sense of humour is different to most if not all of the people on this site, but it's still about humour and fun. Don't take these people seriously they are just having a laugh.
