my cousin in america nearly ended up parasiled a few years back and one of the things that the doc said that it wasnt directly a result of drinkin to much cola it did defo contribute in her having very weak bones and is more of a risk in young women than in men! it was caught in time as she started draggin one leg and holding her arm funny and was something to do with the disc's in her back/lower neck and she had to have a few fussed together to solve the problem

I only drink water in the house unless I want a sugar hit which case I nick a few mouthfuls of dads cola. Only time I have alot is as mixer on nights out but thats only once a month or so atm. It makes me feel like my teeth are melting..

Had 2 bottles of cherry coke tonight.
think i need to cut down tbh..

my auntie can make cherry coke from real cherries and coke zero! its lovely

When you say bottles, is that the 500ml or 2 litre bottles?

I hardly drink any fizzy drinks at the moment, been drinking a lot more water the last few days.

Have a bottle of lemonade (2 litres) between me and my two sisters on Sunday though.

the 550ml, they don't make cherry coke in 2l

It's the principle of knowing that the contents of a £1 bottle probably cost about 2p that stops me from buying it.

I do like sweet drinks though, so just have supermarket squash with filtered tap water.
