hey all, just sold that firefox scooter i bought to a friend..

after taxing it, i didn't put the logbook in my folder for such things so i've lost it, i sold it tuesday on the aggreement i'd find it, i was sure it was knocking about in a draw, he has the small slip i got with it so he can tax it.. that's not the issue though.

he's banned from driving and i'm worried he might ride it as it's still under my name, can i inform the DVLA without the logbook?

obviously wanting to avoid buying another as that will cost and take forever to come.

it's not really the time though, it's money i don't want to spend on something that isn't mine, he doesn't need it, i'm only bothered because it's in my name, and i guess he just wants it because it's his bike.

£25 though, what a bloody rip
