my brother bought a FSE power boost valve, he isnt too sure whether he should fit it or not, he was told by the people he want to fit it that they wouldnt fit it coz they have had problems with them. another place he contacted said they were ok to be fitted.

what do you guys think?

I don't know about MGF's, But I have never heard of problems with the power boost valve, In fact it can be effective in removing flat spots whilst accelerating. If I was him - I'd....

used them on a few cars with no problems.the only time ive heard of problems are when people fiddle with the regulator, which ends up over fuelling the engine and washing down the cylinders BANG
