I thought that when you dreamed u didnt get proper sleep so u were more tired in the morning as you mind was active all night.
 
Your mind is active whilst you are asleep but its more constructive and regenerative than waking cerebral activity i think.
 
Techy bit: In sleep there is three stages, I know that the best kind of sleep is called "deep wave" this is the deepest sleep you can have. sleep consists mainly of light/meduim sleep, with approx. 2 hours of "deep wave". sometimes you can go to sleep for hours and not enter the "deep wave" state of sleep. In order to Dream/have nightmares you must be in this deepest form of sleep. Therefore If you dream More likely than not you have had a decent nights kip.

i never dream :(
 
i neva dream either, but my mum has, every night, and each morning she tells us, on and on and on..........

maybe ill dream tonite, ive had 4 cheese singles, do they count?
 
You should, it's fantastic...although choclate brownies beat its little cheesy pants off.

i eat too much choc but it doesnt affect me.

dont drink milk so wouldnt know about that though :p
 
I think we should all go eat cheese and report back on the "findings" I only have a mini pot of philly so I don't think I'm gonna get the full hit tho.
